Diana Lee Inosanto
Diana has been the feature cover story of several magazines worldwide including BLACK BELT MAGAZINE, INSIDE KUNG FU, INSIDE KARATE, and WORLD OF MARTIAL ARTS. In Europe she was the cover story in Germany’s KUNG FU ILLUSTRATED, France’s TOMOE Magazine, England’s MARTIAL ARTS ILLUSTRATED, and Sweden’s FIGHTER Magazine.
Diana’s training consists of Jun Fan Gung Fu (Jeet Kune Do), Filipino Kali, Thai Boxing, Pencak Silat, Shoot Wrestling, and Savate. Following in her father’s footsteps, Diana travels around the world assisting her husband, martial artist and professional Shoot Wrestler, Ron Balicki, teaching and promoting the martial arts.
Aside from her travels, Diana works actively in Hollywood as an actress, stuntwoman, and model in a wide variety of TV and movie projects. These projects include Mystery Men, Wild Wild West, Red Corner, Barbwire, Face Off, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Walker Texas Ranger, Team Knight Rider, Touched By An Angel, and “New Edition’s” MTV video ‘Hit Me Off’. Diana appeared on MAD TV “fighting it out” with Jerry Springer, and on The Rosanne Barr Show for the Tough Chicks Episode.
Diana Lee Inosanto has studied with the legendary Broadway/Hollywood Casting Director and Acting Teacher, Michael Shurtleff. Diana is an active participant of the Asian American Theater Company "Lodestone". "Pushing the acting envelope," Diana took on the challenging role of Julius Caesar in the summer production of William Shakespeare's Julius Ceasar.
