Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a smooth return experience.

General Return Guidelines

  • Original receipt required for all returns.
  • Standard return window: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return most items.
  • Apple-branded products must be returned within 5 calendar days of purchase.
  • Only items purchased directly from MacExperience can be returned to us. Apple products purchased from other retailers must be returned through those retailers, in accordance with their respective policies.
  • Returned items must include all original packaging, cords, adapters, and documentation.

Restocking Fees & Conditions

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all opened items, unless the item is defective.
  • Defective Apple products will be repaired in accordance with Apple's warranty terms and service guidelines. These products are typically not eligible for exchange and must follow Apple’s standard repair process.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Special orders
    • Damaged or abused items
    • Service or training items
    • Opened software

MacExperience reserves the right to approve or deny any return at our discretion.

How to Return an Item

In-Store Purchases

If you picked up your item at one of our stores, simply return it to that same location. A team member will assist you with the process.

Shipped Purchases

  1. Contact us at info@macexperience.com within the applicable return window.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions.
  3. Do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Items paid for in cash may be refunded by check, sent via mail within 14 days of the return.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
